Blah to ahhh!

Dare I say most of us have a dream or two we have yet to fulfill? And if we aren't living our dreams, it is perhaps because we let FEAR step in our way? Think about it…

I actually enjoy running, when I am doing it. But if I fall out of my early morning work-out routine, I become fearful. Of what? Not getting enough sleep. And although I intellectually understand that running gives me more energy, once I am zapped, I do not want to crawl out of bed when the alarm rings for fear of being tired all day. Welcome to my vicious cycle.

For any dream, we need to focus on the desired outcome more positively. How? Reframe your dream. Follow me here: Say you want to get out of debt. You say "I want to get out of debt" or "I want to be debt-free." Here's the kicker: You are focusing on debt. Guess what you will get more of? Or say you run to lose weight. You know where I am going with this, right? Your focus is on weight. Our intentions our powerful. Whatever you focus on expands. WHATEVER YOU FOCUS ON EXPANDS.

To live our dreams, we need to focus on the positive outcomes we desire while being grateful in the moment. Do not let negative words or thoughts sabotage your life. Sometimes fear simply means you are living with intention and creating change in your life. Intend for the fear to empower you along the way…and you will transform your dreams into reality!
