does this *ring a bell*?

(today’s note to you was inspired by seeing this on Instagram*.)

a bell is one of the most reliable tools for energetic housekeeping, so if things feel off in your surroundings but you don’t have time (or the inclination) to smoke clear, ring a bell around the room and it’ll revive the energy – bada bing, bada BOOM!

how?

simply ringing a bell around a room or your house yanks up (*yangs* up) the chi and immunizes your space from low-grade energy – leaving the energy on a high note!

like most things I share, bells have a couple flexes, so here are a few more of my favorite ways to make the most of this ring-a-ling-ling…

TIP ONE: ring the doorbell. this little bell is your calling card for opportunities to find you and let you know when they have arrived!

Feng Shui expert tip: I LOVE employing this post-divorce for anyone staying in the space as a way of re-claiming / re-setting the home.

TIP TWO: hang a strand of bells on your front door, and this medley will “frighten away” any unwanted energy “attached” to guests and company.

Feng Shui expert tip: bells on the door or handle announce when someone is coming into your space, so think of it as a ‘simple shui security system.’

TIP THREE: hang a bell inside your office door. talk about a high note way of clearing passage for clarity and discernment when it comes to your career path!

Feng Shui expert tip: if the door isn’t your jam, keep a bell on your desk in the Wealth corner with the intention of “calling in” abundance. any money that comes in (checks, cash, *profitable* financial statements) can be put under the bell until you deposit / spend / file it.

TIP FOUR: hang a set of bells on your bedroom door, especially if the kiddos aren’t listening to you.

doors represent the voice of parents; windows represent the littles’ and not-so-littles’ voices. when there are more windows than doors or the windows are bigger than the doors, the kids could be ignoring your voice – you know, competing opinions and back-talk.

a quick fix is to hang a set of bells on a door so that when it opens, the ‘door’ is heard by the ‘windows,’ giving your voice the widest range of them all.

*yes, this would work in place of hanging a strand of bells on your door; and no, this is not a sponsored post. I will be buying one this weekend to try out for myself! xo
