(2) I was tipped off about this blog by a reader — and every THANK YOU Leah writes makes my body + soul erupt into giggles. {Thank you, Ms. F., for the hook-up!}

(3) Did I ever tell you I am running my second half-marathon this weekend? I am {if I didn't}. And just knowing my body can do it makes me feel really, really ALIVE. And happy.
