how to spring clean like a power house!

it’s a new season – and around here, that means giving my home a spring zhuzh, crisp with intention so it is ‘dressed’ for the life I want.

if you’re feeling a similar pull for a reset, here are the 12 upgrades I swear by every spring to keep my space magnetic and my energy unmistakably high-frequency:

no. 1: replace the filters – energetically and literally. if it’s not serving your highest good, it doesn’t belong in your airspace.

no. 2: clean the windows. remember, these are your home’s eyes. if they’re smudged or weathered, so is your perspective. clarity invites clarity.

no. 3: nourish the land around you – as in, compost, trim, prune and plant. essentially, you will restore your own roots! and a gentle reminder that overgrowth consumes your life chi, and weak soil weakens the efforts you are making on the inside.

no. 4: mulch your beds – which also happens to manicure your curb appeal. when the outside whispers “welcome,” opportunity hears it loud and clear!

no. 5: check the roof. think of this like your home’s crown chakra. so, if it is needed, this is your nudge to repair what protects you.

no. 6: revamp the front door – your mouth of chi. if it’s cluttered or looking neglected, consider this: what you are calling your way might be struggling to get in.

no. 7: dust the lights. we want to clear the way for better connections and brighter ideas, yes? and while we are dusting…

no. 8: replace burnt-out bulbs. light lifts our chi. want your energy to rise even more? turn up the wattage.

no. 9: clear clogged drains. plumbing mirrors your ability to let go—emotionally, financially, physically. so, make sure everything can flow.

no. 10: wash the cover-ups – you know, the shower curtain(s), window panels, bed skirts. refreshed textiles = fresh chi swirling through your space.

no. 11: shine up those mirrors. mirrors double what they reflect, so you want to make sure it’s brilliance, not dust, getting amplified!

no. 12: edit your closet. I saved the *hardest one* for last. right now is the perfect time to say goodbye to what didn’t serve you this winter (for my southern hemi friends, look to what didn’t WOW you this summer).

our homes are always talking, so let’s make sure they’re speaking success, beauty, and bold beginnings. xo
