simple shui tip: make it family friendly
have at least one mirror that everyone living in the home can see themselves in fully.
here’s why:
if the taller members of your family have to lower down to see themselves, it can suggest they are not “important enough to see” and can compromise or lower that person’s chi. (this is particularly important to consider when you have growing teens in the home!)
and for our littles, when the mirrors are too high, these can make them feel like they don’t measure up.
remember, over here at simple shui, we talk about the accumulative effects of our environments – so, the occasional dip down or tippy toe look into a mirror isn’t going to concern me, but if this is an everyday thing happening in your home, find a mirror – at least one – that is family friendly for all!
