Q & A: does Feng Shui have any remedies for anxiety?

Q: “does Feng Shui have any remedies for anxiety? mine is at an all-time high, and i’m not sleeping.”

A: anxiety can be related to the elements Fire and Metal, but sometimes, it’s actually a high-sensitivity to Metal. (need to learn more? watch my videos on the 5 elements!)

anxiety is (also) related to the Career area of the Feng Shui map. by making a few changes to this front area of the bagua, you can subdue some of your anxiety, too. (this is when a 1:1 consult is SUPER helpful!)

also, EMFs exacerbate anxiety, so (a) don’t sleep with your phone by the bed; and (b) if you have a TV in your room, cover it for a week to see if your sleep quality improves.)

on top of all this, i gave her a few more specific remedies she could incorporate into her home and daily routine…and here is what i am already hearing:

“i swear i literally slept better last night than i ever have in my life! i slept through from [9:30]-[7:30]!!!!!! ??”

“second night last night! most restful sleep. seriously. i’m amazed.”

“idk if it means anything, but my little one sleeps really close to me (of course, that’s why i get the feet to the face). he also has slept through the night the last few nights without talking in his sleep or having a night terror, which we normally have one or the other!”

i know shui works — i really, really do — aaaaaand, i am always just as excited and amazed as my clients at how WELL it responds to a few simple changes. shui is so often presented like a design trend or a quick fix. this practice and work goes so much deeper than that, though. i LOVE working with its ability to deliver little miracles (like a good night’s rest x repeat!) because that is where the changes we need most happen. and once those are embedded, the BIG stuff gets soooo much easier. xo
