simple shui

 

when it comes to my house, i have a few sweet spots i eagerly tend.

the front door happens to be my favorite.

i love any nook where quiet efforts create beatific smiles.

and the entry into my home is just that space.

here are a few of my spring shui focal points:

a bright, abundant wreath welcoming the eye {and happy chi} to the door.

fresh magnolia trees billowing the air with their swoon-worthy scent.

 

tall, sturdy copper planters anchoring the door.

carefully collected rocks placed atop the soil offering noteworthy musings.

 

and a metal wind chime tucked in a high corner pirouetting whenever the wind blows.

all together creating a perfect pairing of elements.
