1, 2, 3, 4…

You know how when life is trying to send you a message, you keep seeing/reading/hearing the same thing over and over? Today's post is a result of just that…life reminding me of the simple, but POWERFUL, method to attract what we desire into our lives. Granted, I run in similar circles with what I read, watch, and think, BUT when you find the EXACT SAME dictum repeatedly, it sort of grabs your attention.

If you have been reading this blog, you know that what you think about comes about. So why does it seem that we struggle to produce the precise results we desire? My opinion is we diffuse our energy or focus with everything going on around us so here is a solution:

Lotus

(1) Prioritize your desires with a list of measurable goals. Begin by focusing on your smaller desires so you can create a momentum as you exercise the principle of attraction. Think: a body in motion stays in motion. Once you start accomplishing your goals, you just get better at it! And those nasty, not-so-little, confidence crushing voices get quieter and quieter…

(2) Visualize each goal's completion. This is NOT to be confused with figuring out how it is all going to happen. Trust the inspiration to show up. You just need to imagine the end outcome…at least once a day.

(3) Let it go! This seems counter-intuitive at first until you understand that thinking about what you desire ALL DAY LONG only intensifies that want feeling…which leaves you wanting more. Have faith that what you ask for is coming. Expect it. Believe it. Receive it.

(4) Be grateful now for everything you have. I spoke of this earlier in the week, but it is SO important to understand that gratitude is the ultimate magnet for attracting our desires. Rattle off 10 things you are thankful for when you wake up. Remember to be thankful throughout the day. End each day with a gratitude list. Incorporate this habit into who you are.

Here's what I know: These steps are integral to the people who are walking around truly happy among us…they seem to attract exactly what they desire when they want it. When I am met with the same information every where I turn, I give thanks for the nudge…and I focus, practice, and do my best to live it!
