Wish I May, Wish I Might

Do you daydream much, if at all? I try to, but like you, I am usually busy. This week, my girls have been sick and requiring around the clock care. In those quiet moments as they drift off or as I was trying to settle in myself, I found I did quite a bit of daydreaming. And in the process, I remembered that daydreaming is a healthy and therapeutic tool at everyone's disposal to creating the life you intend to embrace.

You see, we create in our minds before manifestations appear in the real world. Translation: What we daydream about will come to pass in the physical world. The subconscious mind cannot distinguish between reality and virtual reality…

Sign me up, right?

It starts with figuring out exactly what you desire…in detail. What does it look like? How does it feel? Who is there? When does this happen? Why does it make you happy? Answer, or better yet, illustrate these answers and put yourself in the middle of them. Embody them with all your senses. Make it a ritual to visit and "feel" your daydream every day, even a couple times a day. Our senses speak a universal language so when you believe what you intend, so does the world. And that's when, my friend, the hocus pocus starts…
